• A valid passport (with at least one blank page) 
• A passport photograph (must not be more than six months old) 
• A duly filled application form 
• An employment contract issued by the Cape Verdean company 
• Accommodation proof in Cape Verde 
• Payment receipt of the visa fee 

Since the visa requirements may vary from one embassy to another, applicants must get an updated list from the nearest diplomatic mission. 

Some additional documents might be required from the applicants. It may include documents like: 

• Statement of intent to leave the country (to be submitted after the work contract ends)

• Once the verification is done, embassy officials will approve the visa and inform the applicant. 
• After getting approval, the employee can travel to Cape Verde and start working.
