The contract can be terminated by the employee in the following cases:
- He may not perform his duties due to his illness.
- He is recognized as disabled
- If such termination is a result of the relocation of an employee, pregnancy, or medical reasons – all of which need to be supported by documents.
- If an employer violates terms of labor
The contract can be terminated by the employer in the following cases:
- Staff reduction
- Liquidation of the company
- Violation of labor agreement
- If the sick leave of the employee exceeds a 4-month term
- Professional or medical non-compliance of employee
