There is no statutory law for 13th month pay in Grenada.
Both the employee and employer can terminate the employment contract. The employer can dismiss the contract based on a reason for redundancy.
The notice period in Grenada is two weeks to three months.
According to Grenada labor law, severance pay is one week of pay for each year of service.
