Employee Contract

The Labor Legislation of Tajikistan mandates employers to establish an oral or written employment contract containing information regarding the job post, employee rights, benefits, working hours and duration of the contract.

Probation Period

The probation period in Tajikistan is decided mutually between the employer and employee. However, the period must not be longer than three months.
