According to a recent survey conducted by the US Chamber of Commerce, 36% of middle-market enterprises had remote employees in Q4 2021 who weren’t remote prior to COVID. Nearly half of the businesses surveyed claimed they provide permanent full-time remote work opportunities, with another 42% probing the possibility of going remote. It is clear that the future of work has set new standards. Only companies that give the flexibility and culture that the workforce expects will gain a significant and long-term competitive advantage, which is all the more critical in an extremely tight labor market that has tilted the power balance to employees for the foreseeable future. We’re happy to announce that next week Multiplier is heading to Montreal for our first physical event. We are the headline sponsor for Running Remote which is the world’s largest remote conference happening on May 17-18, 2022 at Montreal, Canada. On day 1 Lila MacLellan, Senior Reporter @ Quartz is doing a fireside interview virtually with Sagar Khatri, CEO and Co-founder of Multiplier at 9:00 AM (EST) during the opening ceremony where we’ll discuss all things Multiplier, why employing remotely helps create a more equal world and what the predictions are for the future of a remote working world.

On day 2, Drew Calin, Global Sales Director of Multiplier  is going to be on the breakout stage – 10:10 – 11:00 EST, providing insights on how to save time and money while building your distributed workforce alongside a product showcase of Multiplier. We are particularly excited and look forward to all the inspiring conversations and meeting new people as we’ll have a booth located at #12. Our team will be doing demos of our product for guests attending virtually too.
