Technology Aloha, a boutique creative agency based in the United States, was looking to bring on high quality employees to provide the required level of service for its clients. However, the company realized it would be prohibitively expensive to do so in the US. The cost of hiring talent locally would jeopardize business growth while not providing the level of service for its clients that it desired.
So Technology Aloha decided to look further afield, setting its sights on the Philippines in particular. To successfully hire overseas without personally dealing with compliance risks and other hurdles, the business decided to leverage an Employer of Record (EOR).
